Discussion - To start with making the water dirty we got some dirt, pebbles, and bark as solutes and then we added it to the water that acted as our solvent. Then to dilute the solution we slowly started to move the water into a clean spot and then put it back in the original place after cleaning it. We then filtered the diluted solution through filtering cloth and filtering paper to clean the water. We ended with water that was pretty clean but not clean enough to drink yet.

Dirty Water
Aim - To make water dirty and then clean it again
Method - Use a 250ml beaker to get 200ml of water. Add 2 spoonfuls of dirt. Add 10ml of oil. Add a spoonful of pebbles. Stir it in for 2mins. Label a piece of paper with your names and place it under your beaker. Take a photo of your experiment.
Aim - To dilute our dirty water
Method - Stir your dirty water for 1 minute. Using a measuring cylinder, measure 100ml of your dirty water into another beaker. Add 100ml of water to your dirty water. Stir for 2 minutes. Discard the original 100ml of dirty water. Repeat again. Take a photo of your experiment.
